I have an old IPN430 which is a slow unit with a paltry 37 hours of hd recording time. Recently the hard drive has started to go bad. So I need a replacement but the problem is I don't want an IPN430, I want an ISB7500 or equivalent.
I have been round and round between sales and technical support and billing. Nobody seems to be able to get this done. My neighbors are getting the new dvr, why am I being penalized for being a long time customer.
