Ok.. So here is what has to be done if you are using a Motorola NVG589 Modem that resets all your caller id devices on your phone line to the GMT time.
Contact tech support and have them do these steps. (You will find the most tech's have not heard of this issue. but here is the steps you can tell them to resolve this issue.
Through AT&T Tech Support.
Run a end to end reprobition on bbnms, and to also run a policy restore on g2,
g2+ check mod and make sure it is set to correct time.
reset ngv589
this should fix the issue.. it did for me..
