I have a NVG589 router with 12mb uVerse internet. Tech support recently told me that I am losing data packets. at&t's diagnostic tests are showing that the problem is with my line quality or port at which my services are connected. It's the problem because of "line quality issues and ports", that's why my service losses data packets.
Also, I am trying to use Chromecast, but it cuts out every 5 seconds. Any help is appreciated!
