I currently have the Max Plus Internet plan and looking forward to changing to Power Plan if possible. I do not live in an MDU so that's that. Do I need to personally call them to see if I am eligible? When I try to change plans on the website, it only gives me either Max or Max Plus as options, not even turbo. Is it because they have to come in and install more things?
