Wife gave me a new iPad for Christmas.
I have the 3600HGV WiFi on and the iPad connected to it.
But sometimes it drops and then the iPad spent 15-20 min looking for the WiFi.
It sees several other 2Wire### WiFi network around me: there are 5 of them and I presume when it says 2Wire###, they are AT&T Uverse and/or AT&T Internet too.
I have changed my WifI name from 2Wire467 to a different name so I'll know right away that's mine.
What's causing it to drop?
It usually happens if I plug it into the power court so It won't be running on the battery or if I download a few APPs.
I already called Apple Support and they say the WiFi settings on my iPad are correct and the software on it is updated to iOS 7.
Heck, I can be sitting right next to 3600HGV modem and it still won't reconnect.
I see the wireless light a solid green.
I see the button with the light up keyhole symbol on it located on the bottom front of the 3600HGV a solid green.
Sometime I push it and it flashes and blinks continuously for a few min but I really don't know exactly what it does.
Also I get drop even if the desktop PC plugged directly into the back of the 3600HGV is not on and my iPad is the only one working off my UVerse DSL.
Yes, it's WEP and Password Protected (I even changed the Password) so no one can try to use my UVerse DSL for free.
These are my settings;
are they correct?

Should I go to Fry's and buy a signal booster or a different modem/router in one?
Which model modem/router in one or router will work with the AT&T UVerse DSL
Thanks!
