Hey all & hope you're all doing well. I do wish everyone some happy holidays :)
For those that do not know, I've had issues, since day #1, with the Power Tier. I've had U-Verse for 6/7 years & upgraded to the power tier back in August. For 3 months and counting, I have had nothing but line issues, mainly MAJOR loss of services while throwing errors that no one can keep up with counting.
Since I've had the line monitor (about 3 weeks, maybe 4 now), I have noticed that my results are ALWAYS as seen in the images above. Furthermore, it seems NJ's monitor has more issues than SFO's - an anomaly in and of itself.
The prior thread with all the history, if you're seeing this for the first time, is available here: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r28734599-No-45MB-Speed-for-me- and will provide pretty much ALL that has been done. This literally includes several FULL re-installs of lines all the way to the VRAD. AT&T, to date, has never been able to validate the actual problems nor correct the problems - all of which started after getting the power tier and all of which are evident as seen by the RG's logs and now by the Line Monitor logs. Given I am part of the AT&T U-Verse monitoring group, I do not see ONE other person experiencing this so it's obviously "just me". This is assuming no one else around my area has the Power Tier and/or hasn't noticed; however, there are WAY too many variables to speculate.
With the data above, I'm just looking for some conversation about going forward. I've said before that I would revert back to the old Tier, which was the "Max Turbo", since everything was PERFECT in that Tier. Seeing these line stats, however, makes me think that changing speed packages will not resolve a thing - there is obvious loss of connectivity explaining more than I/we on here already knew.
Feel free to talk away, ask away, or just scream as I do :) . At this stage in the game, and seeing the line(s) the way they are, as well as AT&T replacing EVERY shred of equipment and lines (yes, TRUE line replacements, i.e. new line laying on the ground from the house to the VRAD to bypass any splicing), has resulted in no changes. AT&T has not, to date, even contemplated looking at the VRAD itself since I am the only "problem" customer LOL. Nonetheless, any & all discussion is ALWAYS appreciated in advance and in general. You've all been great and have always been more than willing to do all you can. I'm certainly grateful!!
You all have a good Sunday and thank you again. Take care!!
