Has anyone else experienced this? Whenever I'm uploading files - whether to my web server or running my cloud backup software (crashplan), my download speeds drop from 18-20 Mbps to less than 3 Mbps. I thought this was asynchronous service and wouldn't be affected like this...I didn't see this issue when previously on Comcast.
Is this the way AT&T programs their service? Is there any way to get it resolved, or change settings on my router myself?
