I've been encountering intermittent disconnection issues with my Uverse internet. I've attached some UV realtime screenshots. I've been watching the gateway's broadband configuration page (apparently containing the same information as UV Realtime's error table page) during the three days since I rebooted the gateway. I had two link retrains about an hour after booting, followed by two days with no change in the error table. I didn't write the numbers down, but they seemed to be the same and in particular there were no new link retrains until last night. The bitloading table looks the same as I remember it from yesterday, except I don't remember seeing sharp valleys such as those now appearing at 1.0, 2.5 and 4.0-4.5 Mhz. On the IP/Profile page, bits in use has been as high as 95%.
I've called Uverse and they determined a tech should be sent out, but something happened on their end and the appointment was not successfully scheduled. Before I reschedule, I'd like to know what if any issues with my equipment might cause the problems I'm having and be consistent with the data in the attached screenshots.
I'd like to fix this problem, but if a tech visit is going to result in a $100 service fee plus replacement costs due to faulty equipment on my end, it's better for me to wait.
Thanks in advance.
