My Fiber Internet service is out right now, have a technician scheduled for the afternoon to check it out, but I got an email From AT&T about setting up an internet backup. Followed the directions on the email but I don"t see anything about it on the AT&T smart home app on how to set this backup. Has anyone heard of an internet backup using ATT wireless network. What is AT&T talking about here.

While we work to restore your home Internet service, we see your Internet Backup hasn't been set up yet and we'd like to help.
Enabling Internet Backup gets your home Wi-Fi service back online via our AT&T wireless network so you can stay connected at no extra charge.
Use your mobile device and go to Smart Home Manager at att.com/SHM.
