[AT&T Fiber] 1 Gig Fiber with Crippled Upload Speed - Anyone Else?

This is not critical. I've just never seen this weird behavior before. * Uploads are only 100 Mbps on wired and wireless. * Pings and Downloads are normal on wired and wireless. When I do a speed test from the gateway web page or from the Smart Home Manager app, it shows perfect scores from the gateway to AT&T, and that the issue is with [all] my devices. I changed the cables and got the same thing. Two weeks ago, our area had a 1-day outage. After it was restored, upload speeds would only hit 100 Mbps. The outage map showed an outage in the area, but logging in to my account showed all was well. Thinking my BGW210-700 finally died, a tech replaced it with a BGW320-505. Same thing. The tech hardwired his phone and got the same crippled results. He had never seen such a thing, either. The tech reached out to his supervisor and had to convince him that it was real. We've chalked it up to the area outage, and a temporary fix to keep people working until the proper parts come in. I know there's a strike which may delay service restoration, too. I can't help thinking that someone who notices the slow uploads and is troubleshooting with AT&T, would simply be told, "All is good on our end. It's your devices." In daily use, I would never be able to tell there's an issue. You'll only notice when you test it. I guess that really tells me that I do not need more than 100 Mbps service. haha
