OK, SOO I have done the online app
taken the written TMTF test (passed)
invited to and passed the RJP (realistic job preview and interview) where I got an email that said,
"Congratulations! You recently attended a Realistic Job Preview for a Premises Technician position and participated in an assessment with an AT&T Hiring Manager. This letter is to advise you that you qualified on the Premises Technician Assessment.
You will be placed in a pool with other applicants who have qualified on this assessment. If you are identified as the most qualified for a future position, an AT&T Staffing Manager will be in contact with you." and my hiring status then changed to "Awaitng HR Review" (where they determine if my skills and qualifications fit the prem tech job).
I've been sitting here for 3 weeks, but now my hiring status went from "Awaitng HR Review" and has now changed to "Testing status update" where it says "Congratulations you have completed the initial testing phase required for this position."
WTF is going on? I thought I passed the inital phase awhile ago...
