Hi. Just switched from DirecTV back to U-Verse after two years. I'm already annoyed with my Cisco U-Verse connection. Every time we boot the TV and U-verse box we get no picture and no sound until we replug the HDMI connection. No problems at all with the DirecTV box connected to the same TV. No problems like this two years ago.
My search of the posts suggest this was a known problem back in 2009-10 and that techs suggested using component cables instead of HDMI. In 2013 is there a fix? Thanks in advance.
