Hi, i recently had to move my service from one room to a guesthouse on the same property.
Initially ATT wanted to charge for installation of the service but this got dropped since i was willing to participate in an upgrade with tv service.
So far so good. Actually i think i don't even need the tv service anymore since i don't watch any tv most of the time but since they gave me a dvr i record some stuff.
So far so good.
What really annoys me is that i sit today in front of the tv and want to watch the "Under the Dome" which i watch with Amazon and i'll get this error saying that my bandwith is not there. I have 12Mbps connection on paper.
I reset the router in hopes that would make it better but this seems not solve the problem.
I'll do download stuff on the computer from time to time but not so much that i would hit the wall.
Anyway, is this a normal problem with Uverse or do i had just bad luck this evening?
Maybe there are some tips how to have not this problem.

I was so far not unhappy with Uverse but this is just really bad. I can not imagine that this problem occurs from Amazon.
