I am having trouble accessing my POP email accounts in Outlook 2003 (w/SP3 installed)while on ATT servers. I use Comcast as my ISP at my home location and everything works just fine. I work at another location which uses ATT Uverse and when I try to connect there I get the error message (0x800408FC) "the server name you entered can not be found on the network".
My port settings for the Incoming server is 995 and Outgoing is 465 for my gmail account. Both requires SSL have been checked.

I only have this problem when connected through ATT, I have no problems when using Comcast. I have searched everywhere for a solution with no success.
