Good evening! So, over the past 3 weeks or so, I've started having intermittent connectivity issues. I have the 18/1.5 profile, and also subscribe to TV. I do not have phone service through ATT. Basically what has been happening is that every so often (seemingly later in the evenings, between 5pm and 10pm my time), both my internet and TV will go out.. sometimes this lasts for a few minutes, but can go as long as 20+ minutes.
We had a technician come by yesterday and he replaced the i3812v and the power supply. About 5 or 6 months prior, we had some issues as well and ATT came out and ran new copper from the box on the back of the house. What should I do next to see about having this resolved? I feel like I've hit a dead end with ATT.
